Sales Associate and Store Associates Job description

1. Store Associate:


• Greet and responds to all customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation.
• Operate cash register in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean work area at all times.
• Provide great customer service and assistance with product selection.
• Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements.


• Must be able to work a flexible shift: Nights and weekends
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• A high school education or equivalent
• 1 year minimum retail experience
• Must have customer service experience, professionalism and personable manner.
• Proficiency in computers.
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work well with others in a team environment

2. Outside Sales Rep

  • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
  • Generate new accounts
  • Maintain good relationship with account
  • 1 Year sales experience
  • Proficient in Computers
  • Persistence: Not every customer is going to be a sale. Being able to bounce back if you lose a sale will be key for this job
